Lola, these are fantastic! Your masterful use of the ambient light, the balance, the composition and contrast. And the definition! Masterful. OK, I had to google the photographic terms just to be conversant. (Notice they're in alphabetical order.) From my own vocabulary: I love these. And I'm especially fond of the first and the last, for [probably] obvious reasons.

Sounds like a rough quarter. I'm glad you are a survivor and were finally able to surface. I missed you.

Yay! Though, now that I see that you did cut your hair, I need more pics of that!
Great photos. I think my fave is the one of the side of the buildings where you really have to focus to tell which way is up and where they end and begin. FUN!

thanks ma'ladies.

meg, no cutting here. oh how i want to cut (and color!!) the big mess on my head, i have not. partly because I don't really want to drop a hundy to do it and also because i'm too lazy. i think i'm going to color it myself, actually. we'll see how it goes...

Too Cool Lola! Your talents clearly know no bounds. Some people (me) would love to have a copy (say 8x10) to have so they could mat and frame it(Little's eyes) and hang it on the wall of their house. Just sayin'...
