everything you've heard is true. the family came. they did kick pj out of his room, but what he didn't tell you was how much attention he got and how much fun he had with the new additions to his fam. i will admit i was a little apprehensive about organizing and shuffling around 5 extra people in our limited space, but we totally rocked it! and let me say, they were the best type of houseguests. they did dishes, folded up their beds, even taking the time to deflate and reinflate air mattresses
every day, gushed about the great food eric made (special shoutout to stetson) and best of all, slaved away in my christmas world
all week long! some highlights:
we went to market
we feastedwe wii'd
we rocked
no seriously...we rockedwe saw santa
one of us got jiggy with the snowflake lane dancers (no judgement)
we had a great week we also got in some good arrested and office watching. thanks for coming guys, you're officially welcomed back. game on.

The food looks delicious, the table looks beautiful, the company looks muy simpatico. You all must be exhausted. Thanks for taking the time to update your blog, Lauren. I peeked at Natalie's blog and saw some of your decorations. Was that YOUR mantel or are you decorating some place else? Gorgeous.
hi neesh! that was my mantle. don't tell RD, but i did it the weekend before t-day. i get so immersed in everone else's decorations that if i don't get mine up early, it doesn't happen. and even the scroogiest gets sad of that.
you are sech a pretty sisser!
I was thinking the same thing. You look fantastic in the pic with your Dad! I'm glad all went well and that you had so much help!
lola, i challenge you to a battle of souls...you. me. reunion. we will we will rock them.
ps. LOVE the decorations! you're so creative!!
Lola - Unrelated to the rock star that you are is the matter of the last Diet Coke in the fridge. I did laundry last night. Would that Coke be in your fridge or mine?
P.S. On another unrelated matter, I haven't forgotten the box for P.J. It's just that we are such holy procrastination-ers.
Probably my fridge, Neesh. There are definate rules about who deserves the last DC when there's only one left. Usually it's however made dinner or cleaned something or is prettier.
make that whoever...
Spontaneous laughter! I like how you make up the rules as you go along. Or maybe those were part of your wedding vows, the unspoken part. We have those. I bring them out occasionally and march them through the conversation. When the need arises. Or when I'm backed into a corner. :>)
It appears that a good time was had by all. Thanks for the pictures!
